We offer a variety of institutional and program-specific scholarships; scholarships for activities, GPA’s, High School Equivalency and scholarships from donors who love what you love!
Scholarships are awarded on various criteria usually reflecting the values and purposes of the donor of the award. Scholarships can be based on merit, need, demographics, or career focus. Check the drop-down lists below to explore your options!
The CWC scholarship application for the 2025/2026 academic year will open October 1, 2024.

All CWC Foundation and Institutional scholarships require completion of a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by March 1.
Students must be degree-seeking and enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credits.
Scholarships for a variety of students and activities
The CWC Student Ambassador Scholarship (previously known as the CWC Quality Leader scholarship,) is awarded to students who show special promise to be leaders in the classroom and in campus activities. Student Ambassadors are a highly visible group on campus who act as representatives & recruiters for the college and participate in campus activities. Student Ambassadors donate 40 hours each semester in student ambassador work, such as giving campus tours and helping with various campus events.

Scholarships by program and area of study
NOTE: Students are required to work some evenings and weekends. Television students are required to help during live broadcasts of Wyoming PBS productions as well as Rustler Television broadcasts of Volleyball and basketball games. Radio students will be required to spend 3-4 hours a week in some type of assigned work at KCWC-FM.
